These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of courses, events, online materials, and the use of this website (www.artofdentistryeducation.com). By booking a course, purchasing materials, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Course Bookings & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once full payment or an agreed deposit has been received and cleared.

Where a deposit option is offered:

The remaining balance must be paid by the specified deadline.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your place and loss of deposit.

All course fees are stated in the advertised currency. Delegates are responsible for any bank, currency conversion, or transaction charges applied by their payment provider.

3. Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for our in-person courses, we need to be strict about our cancellation policy while trying to be as fair as possible to delegates.

The following cancellation terms apply depending on the timing of cancellation or date change:

Online Events, Digital Products & Downloads

We operate a strict no-refunds policy for:

Online events

Digital downloads

Educational materials

Any virtual course

Failure to attend an in-person course

In-Person Course Cancellations

For cancellation of in-person course bookings:

More than 6 weeks before the start date of the first course day:
A refund will be issued minus a 10% administration fee calculated on the full course cost.

Less than 6 weeks before the start date of the first course day:
No refund will be issued.

If you wish to cancel your place after the course has started and you have attended the first day, there is a strict no refund policy, as the place cannot then be filled.

Failure to attend the course on the day, regardless of circumstance, will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Course Transfers

Transfers to another date are considered cancellations and will follow the same timing structure above unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Course Cancellation by Art of Dentistry Education

Art of Dentistry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course under extenuating circumstances at any time.

In this unlikely event:

A full refund of the course fee will be provided, or

A transfer to a future course date may be offered.

Art of Dentistry Education cannot be held responsible for:

Travel costs

Hotel costs

Loss of practice earnings

Visa costs

Any other personal or course-related expenses

Delegates are advised to arrange suitable travel insurance.

4. Delegate Responsibilities

Delegates must:

Hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance

Be appropriately qualified and licensed to practise dentistry

Comply with all safety and infection control protocols

Behave professionally and respectfully toward staff and other delegates

We reserve the right to remove any delegate for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.

5. Educational Disclaimer

All courses and materials are provided for educational purposes only.

Art of Dentistry Education:

Does not provide individual clinical supervision after the course

Accepts no liability for clinical outcomes in individual practices

Is not responsible for how techniques are applied following attendance

Delegates remain fully responsible for their clinical decision-making and patient care.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, models, techniques, images, CGI visuals, written materials, and branded concepts (including but not limited to course frameworks and layering philosophies) are the intellectual property of Art of Dentistry Education.

Delegates may not:

Record audio or video during the course

Reproduce or distribute course materials

Share digital content or portal access

Replicate branded educational frameworks for commercial teaching purposes

Legal action may be taken in cases of infringement.

7. Delegate Portal Access

Where portal access is provided:

Login details are strictly personal and must not be shared.

Access may be revoked if these terms are breached.

Digital materials remain protected intellectual property.

Access duration will be specified at time of enrolment.

Art of Dentistry Education reserves the right to update or remove digital content.

8. Photography & Media

Courses may be photographed or filmed by Art of Dentistry for marketing and educational purposes.

By attending, you consent to possible inclusion in promotional material unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We are not responsible for personal belongings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Illness

Travel restrictions

Government restrictions

Natural disasters

Venue closure

Pandemic or public health events

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
